Great cotton socks for summer fun

I love having a break in my day to do a gentle yoga class. I have done the recorded classes on other days and they always make me feel better. Jean is a wonderful instructor!

Jean does such a great job putting me at ease when she starts her class and is really great at keeping the flow going without going too fast. I loved that the her class helped me to stretch and relieve stress from my muscles in the middle of my day! I like that each week we do a variety of types of yoga including: chair, wall, floor and gentle. I think this helps keep it from being boring but also find what works for your body! Jean is an great instructor and gives suggestions for alternatives if a movement doesn't work for you.

It does just what I wanted, keeps my hair outta my eyes during yoga and yard work. Still trying to figure out the comfort behind my ears after a coulpe hours, what with the glasses, hearing aid and mask 😊 but it looks good and works!
